It brings together all the information appertaining to a tenancy. This includes landlord, property, tenant and additional tenant information.
In addition to this you can view the tenancy checklist and produce a vast array of letters. |
Letter Configuration Utility

The letter configuration utility provides a step by step guide to adding your own letters to Gemini.
Once all the bookmarks have been added to your letter, you simply open the utility and match them to the appropriate Gemini fields. |
Rapid Rent Collect

The Rapid Rent Collect screen will allow you to collect a group of rents with the click of a button.
Think of a scenario when you recieve your standing order list of rent received, you can simply scroll down the list and tick all the rents that have been transferred on that specific day. |
Key Logging

The Key Log lists which keys are out, who has them and when they are due back. The booking in/out process could not be simpler ensuring that you will never misplace keys again. |
